The presale for the Watershed Festival is now underway. Any fans having difficulty with buying tickets are getting help from an extraordinary source – the Watershed staff!
The presale started at 10am PT and there was an instant flood of comments and questions from fans that were having the typical pre-sale issues: password problems or figuring the correct dates or purchasing options. If you’ve ever been part of a presale, then you’ve probably had some of these questions yourself. It happens.
But what rarely happens is having the people involved with the event right there to help you. As soon as anybody posted a question on the festival’s Facebook page or event page, it was promptly answered by one of the Watershed staffers. That, my friends, is some customer service!
Prior to the presale, Watershed organizer (and reigning Academy of Country Music Promoter of the Year) Brian O’Connell popped in on the Watershed Facebook page to say hello and to answer a few questions. While there, he told fans:
“I am very excited about Watershed, and thrilled by all of the positive vibes I am reading on here…this is YOUR festival, and we are working hard to make it very special for you guys.”
He and the Watershed staff then backed up those words in the way they assisted fans with the presale.
The presale link (and password) can be found HERE at the Watershed Facebook page. The current presale is for three-day general admission tickets and runs through Friday, May 5 at 10pm PT.
The inaugural Watershed Festival, billed as “The Northwest’s Premiere Country Music Festival,” will take place August 3, 4, and 5 at The Gorge near George, Washington. Headliners include Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton. For complete lineups and more festival information visit the Watershed website HERE.
