]]> Tim McGraw laid his father to rest well before his time, but that has not stopped Tim from carrying on his legacy. The Tug McGraw Foundation was created by Tim’s father, a Major League Baseball player who lost his battle to brain cancer after his diagnosis in 2003. The Tug McGraw Foundation strives support military service members who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury.

To raise funds for Tug’s project, Tim will host a Celebrity Sporting Clay Shootout on Tuesday, June 5, 2012. Joining Tim at this event will be Luke Bryan, Craig Campbell, Montgomery Gentry, Josh Gracin, JT Hodges, Jon Pardi, the Warren Brothers, and more. The fifteen teams will consist of one professional shooter, one celebrity guest, and two other individuals. Included at the event are a barbecue lunch and a silent auction.
