Tayla Lynn, of the country trio Stealing Angels, is excited to announce she is soon to be happily ever after, as Jon Finger asked for her hand in marriage last night on a beautiful beach near Seattle, WA where he currently resides.

“When you fall in love you “just know”. Last night the love of my life, with the sweetest, most genuine, heartfelt words a girl could ever dream of, asked me to be his wife. How could there be any other answer- YES!”, says Tayla.

Stealing Angels is a band that’s definitely staying true to it’s country roots. Caroline Cutbirth, Tayla Lynn, and Jennifer Wayne all have one huge thing in common – they all have famous relatives!

Jennifer Wayne is John Wayne’s granddaughter, Tayla Lynn is Loretta Lynn’s granddaughter, and Caroline Cutbirth is a descendent of Daniel Boone. With such big names behind them, the pressure is on for them to live up – and the Stealing Angels are doing just that!

They 3 ladies met while trying to get into the business on their own, as solo artists, but met while they were performing and writing in Nashville. They all started writing together and realized they had a lot in common.

The trio is currently on tour, opening at select dates for Kid Rock and Lady Antebellum.

Their debut album features their current single, “Paper Heart” and was produced by Paul Worley, who has produced albums for country superstars such as Lady Antebellum, the Dixie Chicks, and Martina McBride. 11 out of the 13 songs on their CD were written by the trio. After long hours of hard work, dedication and writing – their debut album is almost being stocked on shelves! Be sure to keep your eyes open for it – it’s coming soon!

Stealing Angels to Play for Troops in Iraq and Kuwait

New country trio Stealing Angels are planning on participating in a special tour for American troops next week. From July 9th to the 19th they will play shows in Iraq and Kuwait for soldiers overseas. It’s the first time for the band to play for the troops. They will also pass on letters from fans to the United States Armed Forces while they are there. Fans interested in being part of that can send in their messages on the band’s official website.

Stealing Angels are made up of Loretta Lynn’s granddaughter, Tara Lynn; Jennifer Wayne, the granddaughter to John Wayne; and Caroline Cutbirth.

Their debut album is due out this fall on Skyville Records. You can catch them on tour with Lady Antebellum and Ronnie Dunn on select dates.

Steel Magnolia joins CW’s Fashion Show Lineup

Steel Magnolia and Joe Nichols are the latest acts added on to the Country Weekly Fashion Show lineup. The event is part of the Musician’s on Call program, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in America. Both Steel Magnolia and Nichols will perform at the event, while other country stars will walk the catwalk. Hosted by Suzanne Alexander, the full list of participants is below the cut. You can catch this special event in Nashville on June 7th. Tickets are available on ticketmaster.com.
