Reba McEntire To Appear On ‘Oprah’s Master Class’

Reba McEntire

The queen of country music joins the queen of interviews for season two of Oprah’s Master Class. The show highlights people who are “masters” of their crafts from recording artists and athletes to actors and other noted professionals. This year, Reba McEntire will be one of those featured “masters.” The air date of McEntire’s episode has not yet been announced, but the series kicks off tonight at 10 p.m. on OWN.

During the interview, McEntire opened up to Oprah about the heartbreaking loss of her band and crew as a result of a plane crash in 1991. She has rarely shared much about the tragedy over the years, and this interview was one of the first times McEntire has discussed the accident. Her 1991 album, “For My Broken Heart,” was dedicated to her second family who lost their lives that day.

Stay tuned for more information and an exact air date of Reba’s episode.
