Jason Aldean Is Scheduled to “Take A Little Ride” On the “Night Train”

Information Jason Aldean‘s fifth album has finally left the station! Get excited, Aldean fans, for Jason’s next sure-to-be hit, “Night Train,” scheduled to hit stores on October 16th!

The lead single off “Night Train” is titled “Take A Little Ride,” which sold more digital copies in its first week than another other song by a male country artist in history. Jason Aldean Rides Into Highest Career Debut!

Jason Aldean‘s ”Take A Little Ride” is already off to a strong start, entering the Billboard country songs chart at No. 19 this week to become his highest career single debut. Additionally, it’s been added by 116 radio stations and has Billboard predicting that it will be the biggest debut ever for a digital song by a male country artist. The track is projected to hit 200,000 downloads on Wednesday’s chart.

Of his recent success, Aldean couldn’t be more excited and happy. “I am honestly just blown away,” said Aldean. “I had a whole year of ‘firsts’ last year…things like my first arena tour selling out and taking home my first CMA awards, but I still feel like I’ve got a long way to go, so having two more ‘firsts’ come this week is really exciting for me. I love this single, and there are 14 more songs that I’m really proud of coming right behind it!”

On the heels of his new single, Aldean continues to sell out huge venues in seconds, selling out Cleveland’s 20,000-seat Blossom Music Center (9/7) in only 30 seconds. Other quick sell outs include Dallas, St. Louis & Indianapolis. He has sold out every show this year, including his first stadium in Columbus, Ohio.

Look for Aldean on the small screen tonight, with an appearance on the E! series Opening Act at 10:00pm ET. Jason Aldean Brings His Kinda Party to Atlanta

Georgia native, Jason Aldean, kicked off the 2012 leg of his My Kinda Party Tour in Birmingham, Alabama on Thursday. On Friday and Saturday nights, Aldean moved his party to Atlanta, Georgia, where he performed in front of two sold-out crowds.

“I’ve never felt the kind of energy that the fans from the ATL brought this weekend,” said Aldean. And then Grammy winning Hip Hop artist, Ludacris, joined Aldean on stage for a rendition of “Dirt Road Anthem,” and the crowd erupted.

Kelly Clarkson Sings With Jason Aldean & Surprises Nashville Crowd

Jason Aldean brought his My Kinda Party Tour to Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN Friday night, February 24, but this time he brought along a special guest. Throughout the tour, Lauren Alaina, one of Jason’s opening acts, normally returns to the stage to perform “Don’t You Wanna Stay” with him. Tonight, Kelly Clarkson made an appearance and sang with Jason while she was in town between her tour dates.

Clarkson surprised Jason by coming out on the side of the stage, as Lauren usually enters on the back of the stage on an elevator that comes up through the floor. Jason is all ready to welcome Kelly on the back of the stage, when the roar of the crowd gets loud and Jason still doesn’t see Kelly. Instead she took the side stage route, as her heels wouldn’t have worked well with the grates on the ramps of the stage. At the end of the video, you can see her pointing to her shoes before she leaves to give off why she came out on the side.

Jason Aldean Sells Out Atlanta Concert in 4 Minutes, Adds Second Show

It took just four minutes for ACM Entertainer of the Year nominee Jason Aldean to sell out his May 19 show at Atlanta, GA’s Aaron’s Amphitheatre at Lakewood this morning. A second show has been announced at Lakewood on Fri., May 18 that will go on sale next Fri., Feb. 24 at 10am ET.
