The message Kelly sends to readers … she hasn’t crossed over to the “dark side” and allowed the pressures of celebrity to get to her, forcing her to lose weight. The “Stronger” singer (pun intended) did it for herself! Although, her boyfriend, Brandon Blackstock – Reba McEntire‘s stepson and CEO of Starstruck Management Group (also manager of Blake Shelton) – DOES have a little bit to do with Kelly’s choice to get into better shape.

Kelly told Life & Style, “No one wants to be untoned when you’re dating someone.” However, while Kelly and Brandon do not work out together, they do share the same trainer. “We did that once, and I don’t like huffin’ and puffin’ in front of my man and looking all red and gross and sweaty.”
