]]> The Civil Wars, the country duo best know for their GORGEOUS “Poison & Wine” duet on Grey’s Anatomy, is getting into the holiday spirit with a brand new single, “Tracks in the Snow.” Now, normally, we at Keepin’ It Country would be totally stoked just to get new music from one of our fave new acts (and recent ASCAP Award winners – Congrats guys!) BUT this brand spankin’ new track is being released on vinyl.
