Miranda Lambert is No. 1 With “Mama’s Broken Heart”

Miranda Lambert has a 5th number one single on her hands! She is at the top of the Country Mediabase chart this week with “Mama’s Broken Heart.”

The song is the fourth single off of her Four The Record album, and it has some familiar counrtry names attached to it. Penned by Kacey Musgraves, Shane McAnally, and Brandy Clark, the track has seen great success as well as critical acclaim and deservingly so. In my opinion, it’s one of the best country singles this year!

Miranda Lambert Debuts “Four The Record” Album Cover

Miranda Lambert premiered the cover of her upcoming fourth CD “Four The Record” yesterday, letting Taste of Country do the honors! The album will be available in stores on November 1, 2011. Miranda Lambert is also giving fans the option to be a part of her digital album booklet, by letting people upload pictures to a mosaic through twitter. Just last month, Lambert’s girl group the “Pistol Annies” released their first CD, Hell on Heels, which debuted at the No. 1 spot for country albums in the nation. Congratulations to Miranda, Angaleena, and Ashley!
