Spend Valentine’s Day With Mitzi Dawn
If you’re looking for something a little different to do this Valentine’s Day (or you just want to avoid the whole thing altogether), might we recommend spending that night with Mitzi Dawn? For those in the Nashville area, we mean that literally. For everyone else, we mean it virtually.
We’re not talking about a date or anything like that, but we are talking about a party — the release party for Mitzi Dawn’s independent Trainwrecks and Pink Clouds album. The event will be from 6:30pm – 8:00pm (CT) on Valentine’s Day at The Rutledge (410 4th Ave S.) in Nashville. If you can’t make it in person, you can still take part in the party. “If you’re in the Nashville area on Tuesday, come celebrate with me! I’ll play for 40 minutes with a full band. We’ll play my record top to bottom,” she says about the party that is quickly becoming a family affair. “My fiancé will be on stage and my son, Brandon, will be in the audience. My other son, Shane, will be watching the live stream online (I’ll send him an “I love you!”) along with, hopefully thousands of people around the world that can’t be here.”
New Year’s Eve At The Lambert-Shelton House
All I have to say is that I want to be invited to a party hosted by Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert. Add it to the bucket list!
Country’s super couple had some friends over to their Oklahoma home for New Year’s festivities. Music star, Kelly Clarkson; fellow The Voice coach and Maroon 5 frontman, Adam Levine; and Levine’s girlfriend, supermodel Anne Vyalitsyna, were in attendance to ring in 2012.
Vyalitsyna tweeted, “Best New Year’s ever!!!” along with this picture from the night:

Kid Rock Brings Record Crowd To Nashville Streets
Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, Nashville’s legendary honky tonk, celebrated their 51st birthday in style. They took over the downtown strip of Nashville with the help of Kid Rock, The Roys and the Kentucky Headhunters.The party, which started at noon on November 23rd, and went right on through to 1:30 am Thanksgiving Day!
“It’s cool to be celebrating their birthday party with them; I like parties and seem to excel in that type of atmosphere,” commented Kid Rock on the event.
Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge is famous for being used as a “green room” by country music legends like Patsy Cline, Hank Williams and Ernest Tubb. It’s one of the most popular places visited by tourists in Music City, and locals too. The honky tonk often features surprise drop-in performances by some of country music’s biggest stars.
Warner Music Nashville Hosting CMA Awards Pre-Party
Warner Music Nashville is inviting fans to join some of their favorite artists at an exclusive industry party before the CMA Awards!
Warner will be hosting an official CMA Awards Pre-party on Wednesday, November 9th. Artists set to appear at this exclusive event include Hunter Hayes, Gloriana, Jana Kramer, the JaneDear Girls, Brett Eldredge, Jason Jones, and The Farm. The party will start at 5 p.m. Tickets are $50 and will provide you with entrance to the event, an opportunity for autographs and pictures with the artists, a raffle entry for a Jason Jones custom designed guitar, as well as other items and gifts.

Blake Shelton & Friends Cruise Lineup Announced
Ever wanted to sail the seas with your favorite country stars? Well, Blake Shelton is about to make that happen. He’s going to embark on a “Blake Shelton & Friends Cruise” next year on Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL). Early “friend” performers include Trace Adkins, Neal McCoy and Easton Corbin with more performers to be announced in the coming weeks. Sounds like a great time!

Blake will be on GAC’s new tv series “Tom’s Wild Life” this weekend in the first episode of the show, hosted by his best man. Wife Miranda Lambert will also make an appearance on the show.
Blake Shelton’s The Toast Of The Town
Blake Shelton is hotter than hot right now. While in Nashville filming Invitation Only, (which I was a part of), he found enough time in his schedule to celebrate “Honey Bee” going number one. Songwriters Rhett Atkins, Ben Hayslip and the Warner Brothers staff were all on hand for the evening held at the Warner Brothers Nashville offices.
“Rhett, you be my honey bee and suckle me any time,” he joked. “I’d love it.”
The party included his signature humor, whiskey, and laughter. Congratulations to Blake, Warner Brothers, Starstruck, Ben and Rhett on the number one single. “Honey Bee” had gone platinum within 12 weeks of its release and debut on the Academy of Country Music awards earlier this year which he co-hosted for the first time with Reba McEntire.
Chris Young Celebrating Neon’s Success
Chris Young was in a party mood last night as his fans, friends, and his team were on-hand to celebrate the success of his latest album “Neon.” The party was held in his honor to celebrate the multiple milestones of his career so far, including the recent gold certifications of both his single “Tomorrow” and his album “The Man I Want To Be.”
The party guests also celebrated “Tomorrow” becoming his fourth number one single in a row. His second single “You” will be released to radio September 12th.
