Kip Moore continues to shine!
“Young Love,” the lead single from his upcoming album, is currently climbing the charts and marks his fastest rising single to date. At this rate, Moore may soon be able to add it to his growing collection of number one hits: “Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck,” “Beer Money” and “Hey Pretty Girl.”
While the ACM New Artist of the Year nominee is now on tour with Lady Antebellum, he headlined his own SOLD-OUT show at The Rave in Milwaukee this past weekend where he performed tracks from the upcoming album as well as his hits.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel observed, “The vivid characters and experiences in Moore’s songs, carried by the singer’s gritty vocals, have resonated with fans.” Well, I sure do love his gritty vocals!
We predicted that Moore was going to make an even bigger name for himself in 2014, and it seems he is well on his way to doing just that!

We all know that Kip Moore had a big year in 2013, but expect him to make an even bigger name for himself in 2014. I personally just cannot get enough of his raspy yet smooth vocals; he’s one of my new favorite country voices.
After great success with “Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck,” “Beer Money” and “Hey Pretty Girl,” the ACM “New Artist of the Year” finalist recently released his latest single, “Young Love.”
With the song currently climbing the charts, CMT and iHeartRadio premiered the music video yesterday.

Platinum selling singer/songwriter Kip Moore is nominated for his first CMA Award in the “New Artist Of The Year” category just weeks after celebrating his third consecutive No. one hit from his debut album, UP ALL NIGHT.
“It’s been a long road. I think back on the thousands of hours of songwriting and hundreds of thousands of miles we’ve logged on the road…I wouldn’t trade any of that for the quick and easy route. I’ve learned so much, and I’m truly honored to be up for the CMA’s ‘New Artist Of The Year’ Award,” said Moore. “I have to admit…this is also a little extra inspiration for us as we finish up the next album!”
Last year, Moore shot out of the gate with the best selling debut country album of 2012, which spawned the platinum, two week chart-topping hit “Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck,” followed by two more No. one singles, “Beer Money” and “Hey Pretty Girl.”
Chicago Sun-Times calls him, “A kind of magical cross between the songwriting talents of a Jackson Browne, the grit of a Bruce Springsteen and the twang of a Willie Nelson or Merle Haggard, Moore has taken the top spot when it comes to the title of one of country music’s most promising new stars.”
Moore has relentlessly toured the country coast to coast this year with Eric Church, Brantley Gilbert and Toby Keith amid selling out his own headlining shows, often in just minutes. In November, Moore will join Lady Antebellum for their TAKE ME DOWNTOWN TOUR. For a full list of tour dates and more information, visit www.kipmoore.net.
Platinum selling singer/songwriter Kip Moore celebrated “Hey Pretty Girl,” the third consecutive No. one song off his debut album UP ALL NIGHT, on Thursday at the Flying Saucer in Nashville, TN. Alongside co–writer Dan Couch, Moore gathered with a crowd of friends, family, industry and press members who appropriately sported Moore’s signature red hat for the occasion.
Are you loving Kip’s “Hey Pretty Girl”? What’s your favorite Kip single so far?
Although Lady Antebellum may have recently gone from a trio to a quartet with the birth of Hillary Scott’s daughter, Eisele, just days ago, the band has already announced plans to hit the road this fall.
The Take Me Downtown Tour 2013 will begin November 8 in Southaven, Mississippi and will hit 17 cities through December 14 in Peoria, Illinois. Tickets go on sale September 13th.
Congratulations to the team at MCA Nashville and Kip Moore! The rising country star was just awarded two gold certifications for his singles “Hey Pretty Girl” and “Beer Money” for each selling more than 500,000 copies since its release by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
It’s kind of a big deal for Kip, who said:
“’Pretty Girl’ and ‘Beer Money’ have been fan favorites on the road since we started playing them. Having the fans also want to have the music after the show – to connect and respond to our music that way, too – just fuels our fire even more.”
Kip was on Fox & Friends All American Concert Series this morning on Fox News. Did you catch his performance?
ABC’s hit new series “Nashville” is really pumping up its country music cred. After already having country stars Chris Young and Brantley Gilbert have cameo performances on previous episodes, producers announced that Kip Moore, the legendary Vince Gill, and Pam Tillis will be part of the February 27th episode. The episode follows the birthday of character Deacon, who is played by Charles Esten.
Kip, who is a fan of the show, shares on why he hopes fans don’t think the real Nashville isn’t as dramatic:
”I don’t think that everybody believes that’s exactly how Nashville is. Tell people to lighten up a little bit. It’s TV. You gotta put the drama in there, and you gotta do stuff entertaining for people.”
Check out the preview for “Dear Brother” below. Who do you want to see appear on the show next?
Kip Moore released his brand new music video for “Beer Money” this week. Just in case you haven’t seen it yet, you can watch the video for his latest single from “Up All Night” right here on Keepin’ it Country. The country music newcomer is going to have a busy year – he’s hitting the road with Justin Moore on Eric Church‘s tour.
Check out his follow-up to “Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck” and let us know what you think:
MCA Nashville singer-songwriter Kip Moore will release his new single, “Beer Money,” on July 9.
The song is the follow-up to his gold-certified No. 1 hit, ‘Somethin’ ‘Bout a Truck,” which he will perform on NBC’s Today on July 4. The song spent two weeks atop the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart and the Mediabase/Country Aircheck chart.
Moore had a hand in writing every song on Up All Night, his debut album, including “Beer Money,” which he co-wrote with Blair Daly and Troy Verges.
