Taylor Swift fan mail found in dumpster
Some interesting news is coming out of Nashville this week about Taylor Swift. An avid Taylor fan found a recyling dumpster full of fan mail addressed to the country/pop superstar in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Some of the letters were opened, but the majority were still unopened, with letters coming from as far away as Japan. The fan called a local news station, News 2, to make sure that Taylor became aware of the fan mail disposal and to make sure it wasn’t done on purpose.
Kylee, the fan, told the station:
“I was like, ‘That’s weird,'” she told Nashville’s News 2 Investigates. “There were like hundreds of letters in there to Taylor Swift and I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh!’ I didn’t know if they were stolen [or] discarded, so I threw them in a box. And I’m like, ‘Somebody needs to let Taylor know.'”
