Taylor Swift premiered an emotionally charged version of her new song “Ronan” last night on Stand Up 2 Cancer. The song tells the true story of a 4 year old boy named Ronan who lost his fight with cancer, and after coming across his mother’s blog Taylor ended up writing a song about Ronan with her. Proceeds from the song’s sale on iTunes will benefit different cancer-related charities.
