PHOTO: Hunter Hayes Inducted Into Louisiana Hall of Fame

Congratulations to Atlantic Records artist Hunter Hayes! The young singer-songwriter has been inducted into the Louisana Hall of Fame during a ceremony on September 7th. The Beaux Bridge native has become the youngest inductee ever into the Louisana Hall of Fame. He was surprised with the plaque at his Oschner Pediatrics benefit concert by the president of the Louisiana Hall of Fame, Mike Shepherd, and Cajun artist Jo-El Sonier. It was an early birthday gift for the Academy of Country Music’s New Artist of the Year nominee, who is turning 21. Jo-El led the crowd in Happy Birthday for Hunter during the presentation.

Hunter will officially be celebrating his 21st birthday when he performs the national anthem at the New Orleans Saints’ game against the Washington Redskins on Saturday.

Check out the smiling Hunter below from the presentation. What did you do on your 21st birthday?
