Rascal Flatts Opening Restaurant Chain
The guys of Rascal Flatts are about to join the ranks of Toby Keith. They’ll be opening their own chain of restaurants throughout the United States, with their first “RF” opening in Phoenix, Arizona later this year. Other locations will include Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C.; Columbus, Ohio, Raleigh, North Carolina, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and, Long Island, New York this year. They’ll expand in 2013 to Charlotte, North Carolina, Tampa, Florida, Boston, Massachusetts, and Madison, Wisconsin.
The trio teamed up with restaurant industry executives Philip Lama and Eric Soe to create 14,000 square foot first-class live music venues. The locations are expected to seat about 163 guests with both indoor and outdoor areas. The restaurants will include an exhibition kitchen, two full-service bar areas, a raised lounge, and room for 500 guests to stand in front of a stage for live music. The stage will include premium audio gear and industry-grade quality lighting. Performers for the “RF” will have access to a green room, VIP lounge, and dressing rooms.
What do you think about Rascal Flatts trying their hand at the restaurant industry? Will you go check it out?
