Former American Idol winner Carrie Underwood is once again Queen of the country charts as her lead single “Good Girl” was just certified platinum by the RIAA for selling more than 1 million digital copies since its release. It’s the tenth time Carrie has earned herself a digital platinum certification in her career.
In May, the RIAA handed out a total of six albums, 25 digital single certifications, and six video longforms to artists in a variety of music genres. All certifications are calculated by Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman.
