Jason Aldean’s Dont You Wanna Stay Goes Double Platinum

Congratulations to Kelly Clarkson and Jason Aldean! Their smash hit duet single “Don’t You Wanna Stay” has just been certified double platinum by the RIAA for selling over two million digital copies of the single since its release. The single appears both on Jason’s “My Kinda Party” album and was part of the Deluxe Edition of Kelly’s “Stronger” pop album. The pair recently took home multiple Academy of Country Music Awards for the duet, including Single Record of the Year and Vocal Event of the Year.

Kelly has since released her first solo country single to country radio, a remix of her pop hit “Mr. Know It All” from her “Stronger” album with popular country producer Dan Huff.
