Country music great George Jones was admitted into a Nashville-area hospital late yesterday afternoon. George has been battling an upper respiratory infection for a while, and he is undergoing testing and evaluation for the illness. While no other information is available at this time, in a post to his official website, his team will try to reschedule George’s tour dates through to June where possible.
