RCA Nashville artist Chris Young is showing his true colors today. He’s supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by raising money through the auction of a hand-made quilt made by his very own grandmother, affectionately nicknamed “Nanny.” It’s a one-of-a-kind quilt which he’s auctioning off to support the premiere children’s research hospital in the United States.
The quilt, which highlights many of Chris’ singles of his career to-date, is up for auction on his site right now. Bids are being accepted under the “Chris Chatter” forum of his official message board.
“I think it’s really cool that Nanny has taken up the cause to help raise money for these incredible St. Jude kids who are fighting for their lives,” said Young. “I hope my fans will check out her handmade quilts each month and consider making a bid to help support St. Jude.”
