Brantley Gilbert Goes Gold!
Congratulations to Brantley Gilbert and the team at the Valory Music Co, as his “Halfway To Heaven Deluxe” album has just been certified gold by the RIAA for selling over 500,000 copies. The album did debut at number two when it was released in September. Brantley’s first release from the album, “Country Must Be Country Wide,” was also previously certified gold.
“Man, to have ‘Heaven’ go gold means a lot to me. I never thought my first major release would sell 500,000 copies. Thanks so much to the BG Nation and all ya’ll who bought a copy,” said Gilbert.
Brantley’s second single from the album, “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do,” is currently climbing the singles charts. It’s sitting pretty in the top 15. He’s out on tour with Eric Church on the “Blood, Sweat & Beers” tour, with their next stop tomorrow night in Mansfield, PA.
