Toby Keith is getting the St. Patrick’s Day parties started a little early this year. He’s giving out his recipe for a special St. Patrick’s Day drink made with his own Wild Shot Mezcal. His ACM-nominated Nightclub of the Year “I Love This Bar & Grill” will be serving “Swamp Water” to its customers during the upcoming holiday. It’s a special drink made by Wild Shot’s Las Vegas-based mixologist. Wild Shot is distilled from 10-year old agave plants, and he’ll be carrying over the green theme to the cocktail for the Irish holiday. The drink, which is normally served in a mason jar, can also be served in “Red Solo Cups” as a tribute to Toby’s latest party anthem.
It’s that single that has Toby up for three ACM awards on April 1st in Las Vegas. He’ll be performing during the telecast. You can also catch Toby on the Ellen DeGeneres show on March 15th, The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on March 16th and Chelsea Lately on March 27th. He’s also up for a Nickelodeon Kids Choice Award for Favorite Male Singer. He’s up against Usher, Bruno Mars, and Justin Bieber.
Toby will be raising a glass (or two) of his Wild Shot Mezcal to open up the 27th Annual Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show in Las Vegas on March 13th. He’ll be part of the ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the trade floor.

Recipe For Swamp Water: (prepare in mason jar over ice)
1.25 ounces – Wild Shot Silver
2.25 ounces – Apple Pucker
.75 ounces – Simple Syrup Splash of Midori
Fill with Sweet & Sour Mix Float lime juice, garnish with 2 limes and a cherry.
Add 2 drops of green food coloring to darken the green (optional)
