Last night was a big night for reality television fans. The 2-hour second episode of NBC’s mega-hit singing competition “The Voice” took home major ratings Sunday night after the Super Bowl, ranking in over 37.6 million viewers – double the ratings from its season one premiere, NBC says. The Voice became the most-watched entertainment show for NBC since Friends in May 2004 which brought in over 52.4 million viewers.
The Voice even beat out FOX’s mega-hit Glee and CBS’ Undercover Boss ratings post-Super Bowl in 2010 and 2011.
