Craig Campbell will be taking the big stage before NASCAR’s biggest race. The singer will be at the Daytona International Speedway, headlining the Coca-Cola stage in the Midway Fan Zone prior to the start of this Sunday’s Daytona 500.
Campbell will take the stage at 10:45am ET for a free 90 minute set before the start of the race at 1pm. In addition to “Family Man” and “Fish,” which are both found on his self-titled debut CD, the native of Lyons, Georgia will also perform his latest single, “When I Get It” during the pre-race show. The song, which is an anthem for the everyman, is co-written by Campbell with Jason Matthews and Jim McCormick.
After he’s done in Daytona, the “Family Man” will be a traveling man – ping-ponging across the country to take his music to fans far and wide. His first stops include Portland, OR (Feb. 29), Little Rock, AR (March 2), Jackson, MS (March 3), Collinsville, IL (march 7) and Hampton, VA (March 9).
