Phil Vassar Heads Home For Benefit Concert
Award-winning country music singer-songwriter Phil Vassar is heading back to his home-town for a very special cause. He’ll be playing two benefit concerts in Lynchburg, Virginia for the “Fourth Annual Phil Vassar Benefit Concert For Miller Home For Girls.” The event will be held on Wednesday, April 4th, 2012 and Thursday, April 5th, 2012. The first show is an exclusive acoustic concert at Tresca with tickets starting at $100 each or $500 for six tickets. Tickets for Thursday night’s show at Phase 2 start at $32 or $60 for VIP. 100% of the proceeds from both concerts will be donated to the charity by Phil.
Miller Home is a safe haven for young girls in Lynchburg for girls between the ages of 4 to 21. Miller Home survives solely on private funding and donations, and ticket purchases to the event will offset operating expenses and various programs offered to the girls through the organization.
“Miller Home has been near and dear to my heart for many years, because they do so many great things to help young women,” Phil states. “I can’t wait to get home to play some music and support this wonderful organization.”
Tickets are on-sale right now for the second show on April 5th, with tickets for the acoustic show on April 4th set to go on sale to the public on February 6th, 2012. To get your tickets and help support a great cause visit the Miller Home of Lynchburg or call (434) 845-0241.
