Looks like Tim McGraw‘s final record with Curb Records will see the light of day after all. The album, which Tim had originally recorded way back in 2010, never had a release date announced. The lead-off single “Felt Good On My Lips” was sent to radio nearly a year ago, and Tim went on his “Emotional Traffic Tour” this year anyway.
Right after a court had ruled that Tim was free to sign with another record label away from Curb, a second single from the album was sent out to radio. Because of the circumstances surrounding it’s release; “Better Than I Used To Be” might one of the more controversial songs released this year.
Now it’s been announced that Tim’s final record with Curb Records will finally be released in the new year. Fans who have been waiting over a year will finally be able to get their hands on “Emotional Traffic” on January 17th, 2012. Not a lot is known about the album at this time, which naturally had many rumors surrounding it with its delay.
Will you be getting Tim’s new, and last, album with Curb or are you going to protest by skipping it?
