Sarah Darling To Sing “God Bless America” At The Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl

Sarah Darling has been chosen by the City of Nashville to open the 2011 Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl with “God Bless America.” The college football game, featuring North Carolina’s Wake Forest vs. Mississippi State University, is expected to bring in over 70,000 fans to LP Field in Nashville on Friday, December 30th. Tickets can still be purchased here.

Darling will also be appearing at the 4th annual New Year’s Eve Beach Ball Drop at Pier Parkin Panama City Beach, FL on Saturday, December 31st. Darling will take the stage at 10:45pm, and will be the final performer before the 800 pound glowing beach ball begins the descent and final countdown to 2012.
