Jason Aldean is in the latest issue of OK! Magazine, and he’s adding fuel to the fire over Carrie Underwood baby rumors (which she had put to rest 2 weeks ago!). Jason told the magazine that he has faith the Oklahoman will be a great mom someday, whenever she’s ready to have kids with husband Mike Fisher.
“She is a sweetheart. And I am sure when the time comes that she has kids, she will be a great parent… It’s hard to tell if someone has that maternal instinct until they have a kid, you know? Then they don’t have a choice and it kind of happens. They learn it.”
When asked about a possible collaboration with Carrie on his next album, he was positive about the idea but wants the right song for both of their voices. He’s currently nominated for CMA single of the year and musical event of the year for his duet with another American Idol winner, Kelly Clarkson.
“I would love to work with Carrie. I think she is great. I think it has to be a combination of a lot of things and it has to be the right song for both people involved, even for the voices.”
Both Jason and Carrie are working on their new albums, which they both hope to be out sometime next year.
