Dierks Bentley’s “Home” Honored In Arizona
Dierks Bentley’s patriotic new single “Home” from his upcoming 2012 release has been hand-picked by the Arizona Centennial Commission to serve as the official song for it’s 100th year celebration. The Arizona native is returning to the state in February to join the party as the honorary chairman of the Arizona Centennial Motorcycle Ride.
Dierks was the guest on NPR’s “All Things Considered” yesterday and discussed writing “Home,” the inspiration behind the song, and the challenges of writing such a patriotic topic. To listen to the interview click HERE.
Fans can catch Dierks on his “Country & Cold Cans” tour this weekend in Irving Plaza, New York.
