Sometimes-Country Kelly Clarkson Releases New Single
While it isn’t a country single, Kelly Clarkson has released a new single to radio from her upcoming album “Stronger.” It’s the first release from the Texas native since her duet with Jason Aldean for “Don’t You Wanna Stay.” The pop song has a bluesy feel to it and you can listen to “Mr. Know It All” HERE on her official VeVo channel. Kelly isn’t a stranger to Nashville by any means. Signed to Starstruck Entertainment under Narvel Blackstock, she was one of the first few clients for the company after friend Blake Shelton was the first. She’s toured with her idol Reba McEntire for “2 Worlds 2 Voices” and had a Grammy-nominated duet with her for “Because Of You.” She has made three country music award show performances in the past with Rascal Flatts for “What Hurts The Most,” Reba McEntire and Jason Aldean.
Kelly is currently nominated for both single of the year and musical event of the year with Jason Aldean at the 2011 Country Music Association (CMA) awards. Would you ever welcome her if she released a completely country album?
