Dierks Bentley was offered a spot on the Celebrity Apprentice after last season’s winner John Rich won the season. While there aren’t that many country stars left today that would turn down a chance like this, Dierks did and he explains why:
“You know what, I was actually asked and I considered it for a long time and I was flattered to be asked but at the end of the day…it’s writing songs, making records, touring. That’s everything to me, that’s the dream, and the dream takes up a lot of time – with 2 kids and a wife, my plate’s pretty full.”
