Blackberry Smoke To Make Grand Ole Opry Debut
On September 13, Blackberry Smoke will grace the stage of the Grand Ole Opry for the very first time.
In addition to their debut, the line-up for the night will be Alan Jackson, Montgomery Gentry, Jamey Johnson, Joe Diffie, and Pam Tillis. In addition to this amazing line-up, The Opry will be celebrating George Jones’ 80th birthday. Not too bad for an Opry debut!
When asked about their debut on country music’s most historic stage, lead singer Charlie Starr had this to say:
“To quote Minnie Pearl, we are ‘tickled’ to do it and hope we make Hank proud.”
Tickets for this show are available here.
