Loretta Lynn has been sidelined and forced to cancel her July 17th concert date at Jamboree in the Hills in Belmont, Ohio. The legendary singer has been diagnosed with dehydration after being hospitalized and has been ordered to rest after the extreme heat in Tennessee. The festival’s official website posted a statement from the 76-year old Lynn apologizing for the cancellation.
“I’m sad to have to cancel any shows – I’ve been looking forward to getting back out there to see all my fans.”
Miranda Lambert, Toby Keith, Montgomery Gentry and Tim McGraw will still headline as scheduled at the four-day music festival. Other performers include Justin Moore, Sarah Darling, Due West, Eric Church, Craig Campbell, Rodney Atkins, Neal McCoy, Luke Bryan, The Band Perry, David Nail, Josh Thompson and many others.
