Luke Bryan’s fun new single, “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” has just been officially certified gold by the RIAA today, selling over 500,000 digital downloads. The single debuted at #1 on the U.S. country downloads charts and was the fastest-rising single of Bryan’s career so far. He also co-wrote the single with Dallas Davidson.
Bryan’s previous three singles, “Do I,” “Someone Else Calling You Baby,” and “Rain Is A Good Thing” also went #1 back-to-back-to-back.
Bryan’s brand new studio album, “Tailgates & Tanlines”, is due out August 9th. He’s currently supporting Tim McGraw on the “Emotional Traffic Tour,” before heading out on his own headlining tour with CMT this fall. Special guests Lee Brice and Josh Thompson will be supporting Bryan on his “CMT On Tour: Tailgates & Tanlines” tour.
