The new issue of Men’s Health Magazine has named Kenny Chesney the “Fittest Man in Country Music.” In the magazine, Chesney gives out workout tips including how to do 300 pushups in just 10 minutes… but the magazine makes it a little easier for the everyday person to do in ten minutes.
Chesney also discusses why he feels the net to be fit to put on the highest-energy shows he can every night for his fans. He also explains why it’s important to have a cheat day, and why he never feels bad about taking time out for the gym.
