Backstory behind Kenny Chesney’s Hemingway’s Whiskey
Sometimes the most interesting back stories are behind songs that never make it out as a single.
While Hemingway’s Whiskey has not as yet been announced as a single from the Kenny Chesney album of the same name, Fox 17’s Entertainment Reporter Stacy McCloud interviews Ray Stephenson, the writer of the song to find out how it really came to fruition.
Stephenson is also one of the writers behind Blake Shelton and Miranda’s Lambert’s new duet, Red River Blue, in stores July 12th. Shelton’s album is also named after the Stephenson song.
